IREM offers scholarship programs at the national level through the IREM Foundation. The IREM Foundation awards scholarships to those working towards an IREM credential. 

 


 

Whether you’re aspiring to achieve an IREM credential and/or looking to enrich your knowledge, IREM is committed to helping you reach your professional development goals. Cost doesn’t have to be an obstacle – IREM has a wide array of scholarships available to help alleviate the financial burden associated with higher education. Chapter 38 has established the following scholarships with the following universities and community colleges:

  • Page Woolwine Scholarship at Virginia Tech
  • Steve Brincefield Scholarship at VCUVFCCE
  • Virginia Community College System


QUALIFICATIONS FOR IREM SCHOLARSHIPThe recipient should be living in VA; currently in or expressing a desire to enter into real estate management career; a strong desire to continue the IREM educational program and obtain a IREM designation. If possible, the recipient should be geographically diverse throughout the Central Virginia IREM Chapter 38 jurisdiction. Income, age, experience (so long as real estate is their chosen profession), race, gender, etc. are non-factors in any decision. IREM offers scholarship programs at the national level through the IREM Foundation.
